When I was a young girl/child my mother came home from work as a medical consultant at the Capital City’s Hospital to make dinner usually including a fresh vegetable salad with iceberg lettuce, celery her favorite, tomato my father’s favorite, carrot a sister’s favorite, green onion, another sistet’s favorite and when I was lucky a splash of lemon or preferring zucchini to cucumber. My father would wrestle and hold headstand championships.
